How do engagements typically work?
Most engagements follow our four-stage model: Assess (understand your current state and define objectives), Design (build the strategy, approach and commercial framework), Implement (embed and deliver with your teams), Optimise (refine, measure and hand over capability). The commercial structure — fixed-price, time-and-materials, or outcome-linked — is agreed based on what best serves the programme.
How quickly can you start?
For most procurement and IT delivery engagements, we can mobilise within two to three weeks of commercial agreement. For time-sensitive programmes, we will discuss accelerated mobilisation options during the initial consultation.
